Holiday Spa Hotel is not the best hotel there s

- The foods and the beverages in their in house cafe are really satisfying. - Everything tasted great and they're al in huge servings. Totally worth it and delicious. - The staff are attentive and kind. - Bedsheets are clean. - All necessities are present in the hotel room. The room is quite spacious.

- Since the hotel is old, it has this old building smell though it's not exactly bad. - Since the shower and other stuff in the bathroom are also old, we had trouble trying to make their shower work. - The bathroom itself though clean has old stains which are quite bothersome.

1. There was an underwear left by previous occupant. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. 2. A lot of black debris in the pool. 3. It didnt explicitly say that 400 for the breakfast was per person and not for the room (good for two).

The whole place needs refurbishing,staff don't care,rooms need upgrading ,awful cloth type wall paper everywhere ,in brown,awful,rooms dark and dingy,breakfast awful,if you are unfortunate enough to stay here ,don't include breakfast ,it's the worst I have had in all my years coming to Cebu,walk 15 minutes and go to IT park and go to chow king etc cheaper and much much better .The glass doors in lobby and restaurant area filthy They called our room deluxe ,laughable!!!!!,it's just so old and tired ,couldn't fault the room cleaning staff ,but the rest of them 1 out of 10. It's down a bumpy track off the main road and easy to miss . Do yourself a favour and give it a miss drive on past , If you do stay ,don't get stuck in a back room opposite side to the pool side rooms ,your outlook is a massive wall 8 feet from the window ,it's like a dungeon,they will charge an extra 32 pounds for pool view room .

Swimming pool saved the day.

The swimming pool! Large bed.

Air-condition in the first room wasn't cold so I asked to me moved. No refrigerator in the room. The walkway/path to and from the hotel. No wifi- in the room! Horrible pillows.
